Tommy Joe Glenn, 65, of Roland, passed away December 23, 2014. Born in Paragould to John Franklin Glenn and Betty Jean Barron Glenn, he was a member of Roland Baptist Church. Tommy played baseball most of his life, loved music and playing golf, and loved being with his family and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Johnny Glenn, he is survived by his wife of 24 years, Carlene Glenn; son, John Thomas Free and wife, Marie of Benton; step-daughter, Richelle Fletcher and husband, Chris of Roland; step-son, Brad Lunsford of Roland; brothers, Michael Glenn of Little Rock and Barton Glenn (Caryn) of Ft. Smith; sister, Pamela Stamper of North Little Rock; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
Services will be held Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Roland Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor Doug Applegate. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1893, Memphis, TN 38101-9950.
