Tommy Richard Alston

Tommy Richard Alston, 54, of North Little Rock, formerly of Bartlesville, OK passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

Tommy was born October 9, 1968 in Coffeyville, KS to the late Louis M. Alberty Walker and Charles Leon Alberty.  Tommy grew up in Bartlesville and Dewey, OK. He loved fishing and sports.  Tommy started out boxing, then later played basketball and baseball.  His love of sports carried on as he coached many baseball and flag football teams.  He worked for the city of Bartlesville in the water department until he retired.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy, who was the love of his life; sister, Dana Alberty; son, Tyler (Laura); three grandchildren; and his life-long best friend, Keith (Bobbie) Feeler.

Tommy was loved by all and will be greatly missed.  He had a smile that would brighten any day.

Visitation is 6:00 to 7:00 PM Friday, February 24, 2023 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home.  A graveside service is planned for 3:00 PM, Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
