Todd Batchelor

It is with great sadness the family of Rodney Todd Batchelor (51) makes known his unexpected death on November 8, 2020. We can rejoice in the comfort and hope of knowing we will see him again in Heaven.

Todd was born October 11, 1969 in Conway, Arkansas. He attended Oak Grove High School where he enjoyed playing football and singing in the school choir. After graduating from ITT, he worked at First Electric Co-Op. His love of technology encouraged his many years of volunteering for the tech team at the Church at Rock Creek where he eventually was on staff as Director of Technical Support in 1998. In the summer of 2017, Todd felt God leading him to Geyer Springs First Baptist Church where he currently served as Director of Technical Support.

Todd was a loving husband to his wife, Tammy (Lovett) Batchelor, of almost 20 years and a devoted father to his children, Cooper (10) and Lily (8). His pride in the Notre Dame Fighting Irish was second only to the pride he had in his children which was reflected in the artwork he wore on each arm.

Todd is survived by his parents, Patsy and Pat Batchelor of Greenbrier; sister Jennifer Davis (Clay) of North Carolina; four nephews; one niece; and a host of friends and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jewel and Pat Batchelor Sr. and Erma and Andrew Bonds.

Todd's end of life celebration will be held at Geyer Springs First Baptist Church, located at 12400 interstate 30, Little Rock on Thursday, November 12 with family visitation at 1:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m.
