Tina Renee Loucks Garman, 47, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2015. She was born November 29, 1967 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock with a degree in Elementary Education and worked as a Paralegal. She enjoyed crafts and scrapbooking.
Tina is survived by her husband, Daniel Garman; father, Arthur Hill; children, Kristopher, Sara and Bryan Loucks; and her brother, Eric Hill. She was preceded in death by her mother, Cathy Pilcher Hill.
Memorials may be made to Kristopher Loucks education fund.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Friday, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
