Timothy Alan Tanner, 32, of Pottsville, Ark., went to be with his Lord Sunday, June 12, 2016. Tim was a loving father, uncle, brother and friend who lived a life of faith and often shared with others about the changes Christ made in his life. He prayed for his friends and family by name and claimed Psalm 18:2 - "The LORD is my Rock and my Fortress, and my Deliverer; my God, my Strength in whom I will trust."
Tim was born Feb. 17, 1984, in Plantation, Fla. He was preceded in death by his infant brother, Travis Tanner. He is survived by the loves of his life, his children, Bryson and Kyran Tanner. Survivors also include the mother of his children, Brittany Crisenberry of Bull Shoals, Ark.; his mother, Gloria H. Tanner of Oviedo, Fla.; his father and stepmother, Alan C. and Gisela Tanner of Juno Beach, Fla.; his sister Michelle T. Guffee and her husband Kevin of Oviedo, Fla., and their children Owen and Lydia; his sister Jennifer T. Gingras and her husband Matthew of Winter Springs, Fla., and their children Kaylie and Kade; his sister Yolanda Tanner and his brother Israel Tanner. He enjoyed his large extended family of grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins as well as an extensive community of friends who will treasure their memories of his smile and teasing.
A celebration of Tim's life will be held Thursday, June 16, at 6:30 p.m. at Russellville First Assembly, followed by a reception. A memorial service for Tim will be held Saturday, June 25, at 10 a.m. at Christ Fellowship, Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., followed by private burial at Hillcrest Memorial Park in West Palm Beach, Fla.
