Timothy Shannon Wray, age 46, of Donaldson, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2020. He was born on April 8, 1974 in Texarkana, Texas, the son of Charles Clark Wray and Deborah Gwen Partin Wray. He was preceded in death by his father; and his brother-in-law, Jason Frisby. Tim was a 1992 graduate of Arkadelphia High School. He was a machinist and was employed at CMT in Hot Springs for over 17 years. In his early years, he succeeded in archery and competed in tournaments. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. He adored rock music and played the guitar and enjoyed singing. He knew movie quotes for every situation and enjoyed sharing them with his family and friends. He is survived by his son, Ashton Wray of Arkadelphia; his daughter, Kelsey Wray of Arkadelphia; his granddaughter, Amaryllis Bradshaw; his mother, Deborah Wray of Gurdon; his fianc, Kim Lettengarver of Donaldson; his siblings and their spouses, Chuck and Edith Wray of Sneads, Florida, Robin Frisby of Gurdon and Skye and Mark Delgado of Corpus Christi, Texas; eleven nieces; and three nephews. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, June 4, 2020, in the Bethlehem Cemetery near Gurdon, with Mike Shearin and Jimmy Shearin officiating. Pallbearers will be Mike Shearin, Jimmy Shearin, Mark Delgado, Chris Arnold, Wesley Sparks and Chuck Wray. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
