Timothy Todd Herbert, 52, of East End and Magnet Cove, Arkansas passed away Monday, February 22, 2021. He was born April 21, 1968 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
As the owner and operator of Herbert Heating & Air for over 26 years, Tim was well known and respected for his dedication to his customers.
Tim worked hard so he could play harder! For years, he enjoyed drag racing, archery, hunting—anything and everything that he could share with his daughters—and he loved to take credit for all their accomplishments!
Tim was blessed with so many God-given talents that most would envy. He was skilled at carpentry, woodworking, automotive fabrication, and loved to mechanic.
The only things more plentiful than those talents were his generosity, his willingness to help others, and his love and devotion to his family and extended family.
Tim was cherished by so many. He is survived by his wife, Christal Hunter Herbert, of East End and Magnet Cove; daughter, Megan (Hunter) Hale of Sheridan; daughter, Hunter (Michael) Millsaps of Hensley; grandchildren: Jacob Herbert, Adalynn Hale, Nolan Millsaps, and Fletcher Hale; mother, Shirley (John) King of East End; sister, Kim Keedy of Benton; brother, David (Melissa) Herbert of Sheridan; beloved step children and step granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews; a loving extended family; and many close life-long friends. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Herbert; and the mother of his daughters, Lynn Fletcher Herbert.
Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 4, 2021, at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street, Benton, Arkansas. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service, from 12:00 - 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in his memory to the I Can Arts & Resource Center, East End, Arkansas, where Tim enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was one proud Papa!
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Magnet Cove Fire Department and first responders.
