Timothy Dorcy

Timothy J. Dorcy, 71, of North Little Rock died February 1, 2014. He was born January 17, 1943 in Omaha, Nebraska to the late Ellen Lynch Dorcy and Michael Morgan Dorcy. Tim retired in 2003 after a 43 year career with the Union Pacific Railroad. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Survivors include four brothers: James Dorcy and wife Gaylyn of San Diego, CA, Michael M. Dorcy and wife Kathleen of Seattle, WA, Jerome Dorcy and wife Cindy and Clifford Dorcy and wife Lucy all of Omaha, NE; many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews and numerous extended family members. Besides his parents, Tim was preceded in death by sisters, Carol Ann Dorcy, Margaret Newcaster, Mary Niggel, Josephine Edwards and brothers Rev. Father Roger Dorcy, Carl Dorcy, and Edward Dorcy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7000 J.F.K. Blvd. North Little Rock, AR.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. Friday, February 7th followed by a Rosary, at North Little Rock Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 8th at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Omaha, Nebraska. Online obituary and guest registry at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
