Timothy Barnett

Timothy L. Barnett, 56, passed away on Tuesday, February 23 in North Little Rock, Arkansas.  He was born August 21, 1964 in Liverpool, Ohio.  He grew up in Pennsylvania until he graduated High School.  Upon graduation, Tim joined the United States Air Force where he served for 20 years as a Technical Sargent.

Upon his military retirement, Tim worked several different jobs, most recently as mechanic with Sage V Foods.  He enjoyed deer hunting and spending time with his family and friends.  Tim loved to tell jokes and was always ready to lend a hand to anyone who needed one.   When time permitted, he enjoyed watching tv and taking naps.

He is survived by his wife, Gina; sons, Preston, Jakob, and Dalton (of the home); son, Tim Barnett and wife Kim of Franksville, Wisconsin; mother, Barbara Barnett of Jacksonville, Arkansas; his biological brothers and sisters, Joe, Jimmy, Rick, Virginia, and Melissa; along with a host of others he proudly called his kids. He was preceded in death by his father, John Barnett; daughter, Kaleigh Aubrey, and granddaughter, Mikaela.

Tim will be remembered as a hardworking, dependable man who loved his family and friends dearly and was easy to talk to.  He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Funeral service will be at 11:30AM Tuesday, March 9 at Smith-Sherwood Funeral Home with burial following at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at 1:00PM. Visitation will be 6:00PM-8:00PM Monday, March 8 at the funeral home.
