Tim Corron

Timothy R. Corron, 66, passed away on January 16, 2025. He was born in Youngstown, Ohio, and grew up in Austintown, Ohio. He graduated from Austintown Fitch High School in 1976. Tim served in the United States Air Force for seven years and ten months. Following his service, he worked several jobs, notably as a mechanic for Dassault Falcon Jet. Health concerns forced him into taking an early retirement.

Tim loved the Lord Jesus Christ, and was active in his church. Mission trips to Mexico were very meaningful to him. Tim loved his mother, Mary Corron, and would spend his vacation time assisting her with home maintenance projects. Tim made friends easily and was generous. He loved riding his motorcycle and bicycle. He loved tinkering with motors, cars, trucks, and anything mechanical.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Corron; and a niece, Katie Corron. He is survived by his sisters: Patricia Corron, Mary Louise Dyer, and Susan Southam (Patrick); brother, Chester; two nieces and a nephew.

Tim will be laid to rest at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, AR. The family would like to thank the staff of the V.A. Hospital for the care they provided Tim; Mitch Tapson for his long friendship and counsel; and Smith Little Rock Funeral Home for their care and services.
