Thomas Henry Palmer, 92, born September 11, 1932 in Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 26, 2025. Tom (Tommy) was the 4th of 17 children born to the late Omer and Lillian Palmer. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 4 years.

Tom was a longtime employee of Chicopee Manufacturing Company in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Retiring after 37 years. In his younger years, he enjoyed raising cattle and working on his farm. After retirement, he spent time camping and fishing.

 Preceded in death by his first wife, Myrtle Jean Palmer and second wife, Willo Dean Parsley Palmer. Brothers, Doyle Palmer, Gordon Palmer, Frankie Palmer, Larry Palmer, and Aaron Palmer. Sisters, Louise Young, Betty Crook, Martha Hardin, Elaine Coon, Faye Lynn Jennings, an infant Baby Sister, and Great grandson David Michael Holst.

 Tom is survived by his sons Aaron Palmer (Diana) of Sheridan, Randy Palmer (Teresa) of Ohio, Todd Palmer (Marla) of Sheridan, Mike Parsley (Melody) of Little Rock, Todd Parsley (Sam) of Cabot; brother, Ricky Palmer (Deloris); sisters: Bonnie Jett, Peggy Morris, Patsy Barnhill (George), and Oma Lou Mellor. sisters-in-law: Marilyn Palmer and Betty Palmer; grandchildren: Karen Palmer, Jennifer Holst (Kyle), Heath Palmer, Alex Palmer, Clayton Palmer, Dylan Palmer, Will Parsley, Molly Parker, Alex Wuneburger and Aaron Parsley; great-grandchildren: Lucas, Hayden and Emma Grace Holst; Emerson Parsley, Amelia Sullivan, Briggston Parker and Hattie Dean Parker; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

 Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM, followed by a Funeral at 2:00 PM, Thursday Jan30, 2025 at North Little Rock Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Bethel North Cemetery, Ico.

 Pallbearers are Floyd Palmer, Jeff Palmer, Brent Palmer, Sam Palmer, Bryan Barnhill, and Darrell Jett.
