U. S. Army SPC Thomas "Bubba" Neel Hopkins II, age 34, of Little Rock, passed away on Friday, January 13, 2006. He was born in Crossett, Arkansas on January 27, 1971 to Tom and Saundra Hopkins. He was a decorated veteran of the Iraq War and was the former owner of Tom's 12th Street Bar-B-Q Restaurant. He is also survived by his two sons, Zachory (age 7) and Aiden (age 2) Hopkins; his two sisters, Connie Brandon and Karen Wright and her husband, Judge Herb Wright; nieces and nephews, Adrienne, Mickey, Megan, Amy, Justin and Jordan Brandon, Cami Wright and great-niece, Briana Brandon. Visitation will be at Faith United Methodist Church, 9820 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas, on Sunday, January 15, 2006 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Graveside service with full military honors will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 16, 2006, at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 West Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock, Arkansas, with Chaplain (LTC) Dawson Williams officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be Staff Sgt. Len Bradford, Sgt. Robert Evans, SPC Gary Dockins, Staff Sgt. Robert Minnix and the remaining members of the Bravo Company. Active Pallbearers will be Capt. Chad Bridges, Lt. Chris Lawless, Sgt. 1st Class Lynn Thompson, SPC Jimmy Hopper, SPC Brian Burleigh, SPC Chris Davis, SPC Cody Gibson and SPC Benjamin Keener. Bubba had a great love for flowers and the Arkansas Razorbacks. The family requests that flowers be sent, or memorials be made to the Razorback Foundation, P. O.
