Thomas Lee Johnson, 59, of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2009.
He is survived by his parents, Paul and Mary Lou Johnson, of North Little Rock; brother, Jerry (Kim) Johnson, of Bella Vista; sister, Cindy Lou Johnson, of North Little Rock; nephew, A.J. Jeu, of Subiaco; and a host of other family and friends.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at UAMS Medical Center Myeloma Clinic, ACRC and Arkansas Hospice for their loving care and support.
