Theresa Virginia Quick passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at the age of 73. A graduate of Mount Saint Mary's Academy, Theresa was a tremendously talented and highly respected member of the central Arkansas theatre community. A founding member of the Arkansas Repertory Theatre, "T" enjoyed a 30 year career onstage as an actress, as well as serving as a mentor and instructor to hundreds of theatre students. Always an audience favorite, Theresa will be remembered for her roles at the Arkansas Rep, Murry's Dinner Playhouse, and the Arkansas Arts Center Children's Theatre. "T" was also an accomplished voice-over actor, having starred in a multitude of radio commercials. A loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Theresa is preceded in death by her parents, Frances and Fred Quick, and her brother, Freddie Quick. She is survived by her children, Billy Glasscock and wife Robyn, Dennis Glasscock and partner Skip Gardner, Tim Glasscock and wife Debbie, grandsons Timmy Glasscock and Will Glasscock and great-grandson Eli Stockton. A Memorial Celebration will be held in her honor Monday, January 13, at 5:00 p.m. at US Pizza in Hillcrest. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Joseph Pfeiffer Kiwanis Camp.
