Thelma Sarah Jane Jackson Heslep, 89, of Jacksonville passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2008. She was born February 12, 1919 in St. Louis, Missouri to James Wesley and Hattie Marah Vance Jackson. She was a member of Life Tabernacle Church.
She is survived by her son, Dwight (Dawn) Heslep, of Bellingham, Washington; daughter, Trudy June Collison, of Vilonia; two sisters, Fern Peters, of Little Rock and Juanita Lengefeld, of Kingwood, Texas; eleven grandchildren; thirty one great-grandchildren and eleven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Truman Ralph Heslep; son, Jackson Ralph ?Big Jack? Heslep; four sisters, Elsie Garrett, Etta Dean Henderson, Zora Jones and Iva Adams and her brother, Ed Jackson.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday at Life Tabernacle Church, 23903 Hwy. 107, Jacksonville. Burial will be in Harmony Cemetery.
