Thelma W. Carlton of Little Rock passed away on February 16, 2008 at the age of 93. Thelma was born August 12, 1914 in Mc Allister, Oklahoma to Ray and Blake Ponder Worthington.
Thelma was a school teacher for ten years at Blytheville and also worked for Arkmo Power Co. She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church and the P.E.O. She was a loving wife of 68 years, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband Hermon Carlton, two sons, William W. Carlton of Walls, Mississippi and Hermon Carlton, Jr. of North Little Rock; two grandchildren and one cousin, Betty Wallingford.
