Thelma Louise Baldwin, 85, of Little Rock, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2008. She was born to Robert and Nancy Jane Richard Cox December 5, 1922 in Cabot, Arkansas and lived most of her life in Little Rock. A 1939 graduate of Little Rock High School, she was a retired employee of Safeway Stores. She was a member of Parkway Place Baptist Church.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Arthur "Bud" Baldwin; her son, Mickey Wayne Baldwin; her sisters, Zora Matthews, Gretchen Major, Addie Edmondson, and Maudie Cornell; and her brothers, Herbert "Bud" Cox and Roy Cox. She is survived by her son, Jerry Baldwin and wife, Sherry; grandson, Jeffery Baldwin and wife, Donna; granddaughter, Tara Byram and husband, Don; two great-granddaughters, Amanda Reynolds and Jordan Baldwin; and nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. this afternoon, Thursday, August 14 at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice Home Care, 2200 S. Bowman Rd., Little Rock, AR 72211.
