Terry Noland Shoemaker

Terry Noland Shoemaker, 70, of Sherwood passed away Monday, April 11, 2023. He was born April 21, 1952, in Harrisburg, Arkansas to Mary Katherine and H. Holden Shoemaker. Terry was preceded in death by his stepmother, Anna Shoemaker, father, H. Holden Shoemaker, as well as his brother, H. Lynn Shoemaker. Terry is survived by his five children Daniel Shoemaker (Monica Shoemaker) of Sandpoint, Idaho, Noah Shoemaker of Sherwood, Arkansas, Mary Fitzgerald (Tye Fitzgerald) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Joseph Shoemaker of Warren, Arkansas, and Anna Shrum of Yellville, Arkansas. He also had seven grandchildren whom he adored. He worked as a laborer for Union Pacific Railroad for 34 years, retiring in 2012. Terry became a Christian at an early age, and loved the Lord all his life. He never met a stranger and was known for his ability to converse about a wide variety of topics with everyone he met. {A private service will be planned at a later date.}
