Terrie Michelle Wright
Terrie Michelle Wright, 59, of North Little Rock, passed away on June 24, 2023. She was born in El Dorado, Arkansas, on December 6, 1963, to Wayne and Barbara Edwards.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Randy Wright. She is survived by her daughter Kirsti Gardner (Joe Ray) and son Aubry Clayton; two grandchildren, Garrison and Gracen Gardner; her parents and her brothers, Johnny Edwards (Lynn) and Marc Edwards.
One of the greatest passions in her life began 5 years ago with the birth of her first grandchild, Garrison. Then, 3 years later, that passion grew even more with the birth of Gracen. She was a loving Nan. She did everything she could to bring joy to her grandkids' lives. It was never about her, and she always wanted to show them love in any way she could. Oftentimes this was to the dismay of their parents.
She enjoyed her days at Lake Hamilton relaxing on her boat and soaking up the sun. She lived for Razorback football season and spent time cheering on the Hogs surrounded by her family. If she was home, you could hear the Bravo network from anywhere in the house.
Her circle may have been small, but it was strong. She was the definition of a straight shooter. There was never a question where she stood on any topic. She loved fiercely and expected very little in return. Terrie had the voice of an angel. She could have sang professionally. Now she is singing with the angels for the Lord.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Little Rock Compassion Center.
Visitation will be 12:30PM-1:30PM Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Concord United Methodist Church (150 Concord Church Road, Lonoke, Arkansas) with a funeral service following at 1:30PM. Burial will be at Lonoke Cemetery.
