Teddie Cloninger, Jr.

Teddie James “Jim” Cloninger, Jr., 87, of Maumelle, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019.  He was born December 27, 1931 in Pottsville, Arkansas to the late Teddie James, Sr and Myrtle Avanell Bowden Cloninger.  Jim was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years Rose Carolyn Farish Cloninger and his parents.  He was a Navy Korean War veteran, retiring as Petty Officer 2nd Class in 1966.

Jim is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Shinabarger (Robert) of Maumelle, two grandchildren, Scott Gordon (Crystal) and Allison Cauty, and four great-grandchildren: Gabby, Jade and Jax Gordon, and Aiden Wallace.

Committal Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 19, with honors at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery (1501 W. Maryland Ave., NLR, AR 72120), officiated by Rev. Jim Benfer.
