Tamey Diane Cain, 53, of Big Cabin, Oklahoma formally of Arkadelphia, Arkansas died in her sleep on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, in Pulaski County, Arkansas while visiting her daughter.
Tamey was born in Lake Village, Arkansas on October 22, 1969, to the late Eugene Cain (D:2017) and Patricia Oliver Cain (D:1981). From the age of 2 years old, Tamey grew up in Lake Village, Arkansas with her grandparents, Travis (D:2000) who was a farm implement mechanic, pipefitter, and welder, and Juanita (Tarvin) (D:2013) Oliver, a lunchroom cook.
Tamey attended school in the Dermott and McGhee School Districts. Tamey loved nature, cooking, playing cards, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and other family members. She loved the season of Christmas. She was a wonderful friend to many. She would give the shirt of her back for you.
She is survived by a son Michael Lyndon Statler of Malvern, Arkansas, a son George (Kelsey) Statler of Camden, Arkansas, a daughter, Karenna Reeder of Little Rock, Arkansas, a son Travis Brown of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and a daughter Shyenne Brown of Big Cabin, Oklahoma, a sister Stephanie Cain of Gurdon, Arkansas, a brother, Jeremy (Treba) Cain of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Christy (Terry) Williams of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, her stepmother, Barbara Cain of Gurdon, Arkansas, her aunt, Donna Oliver (Sam) Condo of Big Cabin, Oklahoma, 6 grandchildren, many uncles and aunts and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
