Tamara Mathews

Tamara Lee Odom Mathews, 51, of Maumelle, passed away June 7, 2016 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock. She is survived by her husband, Michael Mathews; sister, Linda Odom; mother-in-law, Margaret Ann Mathews; nieces, Jessica Ann and Tabitha, and nephew, Robert and their mother, Carol; and sister-in-law, Kathy Odom. She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy Odom and Betty Lou Wheeler Odom, and her brother, John Odom.

Tammy was a very kind person. She loved to knit and made scarves for the homeless through the Pulaski Heights Christian Church ministry. Tammy was fond of all animals and enjoyed spending time on the road with her husband. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

A service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, June 11 at 2:00 p.m. at Open Door Community Church, 709 W. Lee Ave., Sherwood, officiated by Randy McCain.
