Suzi Trock

Suzi Trock, age 65, of Benton, formerly of Glenwood, died Saturday, January 14, 2012. She was born on August 13, 1946, at Glendale, California, the daughter of Raymond Talbert Etter and Mary Estella "Star" Helms Etter. On May 26, 1990 she was married to Daniel Trock. She was preceded in death by her parents. She was a member of the Benton Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses; a graduate of Blackford High School in Campbell, California; and attended one year at San Jose State in San Jose, California. She was a wonderful gourmet cook and loved serving her delicious recipes to her family, who will miss her dearly. She is survived by her husband, Daniel Trock of Benton; one son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Stina Trock of Milliken, Colorado; two daughters and sons-in-law, Laurenn and Josh McCarver of Little Rock and Rebekah and Jon McCarver of Beaver Creek, Colorado; four grandchildren, Jadin McCarver, Anthony Trock, Brianna Crabb and Meaghon Crabb; one great-grandchild, Justin Crabb; one brother and sister-in-law, Darrell and Sharon Etter of California; and several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 21, 2012, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Glenwood with Fred Emanuel and Jack Kinkle officiating. Visitation will be held Friday evening, 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Interment will be in the Howerton-Wildwood Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood. Pallbearers will be Shawn Burgess, Justin Burgess, Steve Stasiak, Sr., Steve Stasiak, II, Jim Nordquist and Dwayne Daniels. Guest registry is at www.davis-smith.com.
