Susie Morgan
Susie Morgan, 63, of Roland, died Tuesday, October 9, 2007 following a long illness. She graduated from the UAMS School of Pharmacy in 1968. Most recently, she was the owner and operator of Lyon Pharmacy in North Little Rock. She was a member of Winfield United Methodist Church and was a past president of the Little Rock Ski Club.
Susie was preceded in death by her parents, Theron and Nadean Nowlin Morgan. She is survived by her sisters, Mary (Oscar) Holiman and Sally (David) Bentley; brother, Jim (Marie Burke) Morgan; and her beloved nephew, James Morgan.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 10, from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 11, at Winfield United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Morgan Cemetery, off Highway 10 in Little Rock. Susie's request was that this be an informal, "blue jeans" service.
