Susan Christine Hunter

Susan Christine Hunter, age 53, of Royal, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2022.

She was born on August 18, 1969, in Racine, Wisconsin, the daughter of Robert Scutkowski and Nancy Weston.  On December 13, 1991, she married Delmar Hunter.  She was preceded in death by her father.

Susan loved watching movies, anything Harry Potter, swimming in the pool, and fishing.  Her favorite colors were red and blue.   Her pride and joy were her grandchildren.  She loved tending to her rose bushes.  She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many whom we all will greatly miss.

She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Delmar Hunter; her mother, Nancy Weston; four sons and two daughters-in-law, Joshua and Lauren Hunter, Justin and Megan Hunter, Joseph Hunter and Bently Hunter; one daughter, Lindsey Hunter; five grandchildren, Elizabeth Hunter, Natalee Hunter, Addilynn Hunter, Aleah Hunter and Luke Hunter; two sisters, Leslie and Rebecca; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Visitation will be 4:00P.M.-6:00P.M., Thursday, September 8, 2022, at Smith Family Funeral Home Hot Springs, 2205 Airport Road.

Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Richard Finch, Dr. Rajesh Shroff and Hometown Pharmacy.
