Susan Eileen Land Holleman, of Little Rock, passed away Monday, August 13, 2007 in the loving care of her family and the staff at Arkansas Hospice. Born March 10, 1952, she was a member of Holy Souls Catholic Church, graduated from Mount St. Mary's Academy and attended UALR.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Holleman of Little Rock; her son, Robert E. Holleman and his wife, Kimberly and their twin daughters, Sofia and Nadia, of Fayetteville; her mother, Bernardine C. Narey Land; father, John W. Land and his wife, Sylvia Gogle Land; a brother, John R. Land of Hensley; her paternal grandmother, Pauline B. Land of Little Rock; and a host of relatives and friends. Susan was preceded in death by her sister, Lisa Gail Murphy, and paternal grandparents, John Land, Earnest Narey and Clyde Narey.
The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 17 at Holy Souls Catholic Church, 1003 N. Tyler, Little Rock, celebrated by Msgr. Royce Thomas. Interment will follow in Holy Souls' Columbarium. After the service, the family will greet friends at the Church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to The Little Rock Center of Arkansas Hospice, 5600 W. 12th St., Little Rock, AR 72204.
