Steven Brice Lucas passed away on January 21, 2016, in Buford, Georgia. Steve was 63 years old.
Steve was born June 6, 1952, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to J. W. "Doc" Lucas and Margaret Frances Ketcher Lucas.
Steve is survived by his son, Zach Lucas (Nicole Paladino) of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and his sister, Suzanne Van Pelt (Richard) of Roswell, Georgia, and his niece, Allison Van Pelt (Alan Holmes) also of Roswell, Georgia. Steve is also survived by two aunts, Betty Ketcher of Park Hill and Betty Ketcher of Levy as well as 14 cousins and many friends.
Steve attended Little Rock public schools Woodruff Elementary, Pulaski Heights Junior High School, and graduated from Hall High School.
For many years Steve was employed by ALLTEL Communications in Little Rock, Arkansas. Currently he was employed by NCI Cabling, Buford, Georgia.
