Steve Waymire, of Beebe, Arkansas, was born April 26, 1956. He passed away March 6, 2018 at the age of 61. He leaves this world knowing that on the other side, the streets are paved of gold with no more pain, sorrow, or loneliness. He knew without a shadow of a doubt that he's going to be with his mother and his sister again, and our grandmother and grandfather whom he adored so much. They are rejoicing in heaven.
Steve attended McClellan high school in Little Rock, Arkansas and graduated in the class of 1974. He went on to love life and became an electrician. He did that for many years but had an accident on the job which left him disabled. He resided in Beebe, taking care of the Waymire farm. All that knew my grandparents, know that that was not an easy task. He was happy to do it. One of his favorite things on the farm was finding snakes and taking pictures for everybody to see.
The Lord is my shepherd: I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters, He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. ~ Psalm 23
