Steve Plante

Stephen "Steve" Gilbert Plante, age 45, of Pearcy, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022.

He was born on July 24, 1976, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the son of Stephen Plante and Gail Stewart Plante.  He is preceded in death by his father; and his sister, Gail Plante.

He worked as a coal miner for many years in New Mexico and for Dollar Sheet Metal in Hot Springs.  He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.    

He is survived by his wife, Jaade Espinosa Plante of Wyoming; his mother, Gail Plante of Pearcy; His sister and brother-in-law, Tammy and Matthew Sandoval of Edgewood, New Mexico; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
