Stephen Newman
Stephen Edward Newman went home to his Lord and Savior, Jesus on December 21, 2016.
Steve was born August 5, 1943 to James and Dorthy Newman.
Though a lifelong resident of Little Rock, he relocated to Beebe in 2014 to be closer to his grandchildren.
Steve was a brilliant and patient man with a loving heart. He was also a phenomenal artist. One of his proudest achievements was helping his nephews and grandchildren develop their love for art. He cherished that time and held the memories dear.
Steve was a contracted painter by trade.
He is preceded in death by both his parents.
He is survived by his partner of 32 years, Evonne Newman; daughters Jennifer McMillan (Darrell) of Nevada, Joyce Beltran (Jessy) of Beebe; two grandchildren, Aaron and Sarah; two brothers, Donny Newman of Tennessee, James Newman of Van Buren; one sister Joyce Richardson (James) of Sherwood and four nephews.
He also leaves behind many friends.
He will be forever missed.
