Stephen Marshall

Stephen John Marshall, 75, of Searcy passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014. He was a long time resident of White River Junction, Vermont. He retired from the United States Army Corps of Engineers as an Engineer and was a Mason. Stephen was a graduate of Columbia University, was in the United States Air Force and a combat veteran. He was active in the Tour Guide Industry in Vermont and a Historical Interpreter.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Susanne Marshall and Joe Crim of Austin; son, James Marshall, of Houston, Texas; two grandsons, Joseph Marshall Crim and Jonah Marshall Crim. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Marshall and his son, Thomas Marshall.

A visitation will be held from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., Thursday follow by a funeral service at Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home Chapel in Beebe. Burial will be in Mission Farm Cemetery in Killington, Vermont. Online obituary at www.smithfamilycares.com .
