Stephen Boren
Stephen G. Boren, 71, of Little Rock, passed away November 12, 2019. Born in Valencia County, New Mexico, he served as a chaplain at CHI St. Vincent's for six years and at Presbyterian Village for eight years, worked in Peer Recovery and Patient Advocacy at the Arkansas State Hospital for eight years, and was also a religion teacher at a high school in Louisiana.
He is survived by a step-brother, Mike Johnson, other family, and many close, good friends, along with his cat, Sweeney, his beloved companion.
Services will be held on Monday, November 18 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Michael's Episcopal Church, officiated by Rev. Ed Wills.
