Stanley C. Pasierb, 89, of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2008. He was the son of deceased Andrew and Anna Pasierb. He was a veteran of World War II in the United States Coast Guard. Stanley retired from Worthern Bank and Trust Company after 41 years of service.
He graduated from North Little Rock High School where he enjoyed playing football as quarterback. He assisted coaching the North Little Rock American Legion Baseball team and played softball as shortstop for Worthern Bank and Trust Company.
He is survived by his wife, Myrtle G. Pasierb; two daughters and sons-in-law, Caroline Pasierb and Dr. Johnny E. Brian Jr., of Iowa City, Iowa and Marilyn Pasierb and Matthew D. Bloch of New York City; grandson, Aaron Milstan Bloch of New York City; sister, Victoria Nosal of North Little Rock; and a number of nieces and nephews. Stanley had five deceased brothers, John, Jack, Andrew, Frank and Lawrence Pasierb.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday at St. Patrick?s Catholic Church. Burial will be in Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery.
