Spencer Zayn Otts, 11 months, of Little Rock passed away on April 18th. He was born in Surabaya, Indonesia on April 27, 2013 to Chris and Dannis (Armikarina) Otts.
Spencer is survived by his parents Chris & Dannis of Mabelvale; brother, Adam Otts of Mabelvale; grandparents, Unggul Hadikusumo and Hesti Armiwulan of Indonesia, Melton and Cara Otts of Little Rock; uncle, Matthew Otts (Beth) of Little Rock and a host of family and friends.
Graveside services will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park on Wednesday, April 23rd at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Deborah Halter officiating. Following the service, there will be a reception at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 815 W. 16th St. (corner of State St. and Wright Ave.), Little Rock.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital, #1 Children's Way, Little Rock, AR 72202 and Arkansas Hospice, #14 Parkstone Circle, N. Little Rock, AR 72116.
