Shirley Westerman

Shirley "Charlene" Imhoff Westerman went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 25, 2013 peacefully at home. Already there are her parents, Charles L. Imhoff and Shirley Fuller Imhoff and her infant son, Charles David Westerman. She left behind her daughter, Wendy Dell Westerman; her son, Charles Glen Westerman; granddaughter, Brittany Westerman Dyer; three sisters, Becky Jones (Dorben), Sandy Baugh (Joe), Stephanie Brear (Bobby); two brothers, Rusty Imhoff (Joann) and Victor Imhoff (Katrina); step mother, Mary Imhoff.
Charlene was born in North Little Rock and graduated from North Little Rock High. She loved the city and was the proud owner of a home in the Historic Park Hill section of North Little Rock. She was a member of the North Little Rock Apostolic Church.
Charlene was a Public Accountant. She worked for Attorney W.J. Walker, and Youth Home, Inc. After retiring from Youth Home she joined Wal Mart as a Greeter. She loved the interaction with people.
She was a beautiful, smart, ambitious woman that made her own way in life using her feisty attitude and quick wit. She enjoyed family, friends, and shopping, especially for antiques and had a booth at Erica's Attic with her sisters and her cousin Rita Hall. She will be missed by all that knew her.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
