Shirley Thomas, 79, of Ward, Arkansas died Friday, February 17, 2017. She is survived by her daughter Dianne Ingle and husband Justin, and her granddaughter Jamie Slaughter and husband Chris, all of Ward.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Maggie Burns, her husband Jim, and sister Murl Jackson.
Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 20, 2017, at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.
