The Lord took a very special angel, Shirley Sullivan, 80, of Jacksonville, on Monday, June 16, 2008. She was a very loving and giving lady who enjoyed fishing and gardening and was of the Methodist faith. Shirley will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by two sons, Leland Sullivan, of Cabot and Milton Sullivan and wife, Rita of Jacksonville; two grandsons, William and Jeremy Sullivan both of Cabot; granddaughter, Regenia Gorden of Russellville; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Major R. Blucker and Oscar W. Blucker and wife, Joyce all of Jacksonville. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Sullivan; infant daughter, Juliet Sullivan; brother, Guy ?Dickie? Blucker; two Sisters, Edith Blucker Jones and Ruth Blucker Crosser.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday in North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Vilonia Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
