Shirley Smoker

On October 18, 2013, Shirley Renae Hogue Smoker, 46, went to be with our Lord, where she was reunited with her precious mother, Shirley. Renae is survived by her devoted husband, Terrone Smoker; her children whom she deeply loved, Phillip Osburn (Sue Ann) of Alexander, Tonya Osburn and Chris Hogue (Cynthia) of Sherwood; brother, Anthony Hogue of Jacksonville; sister, Misty Pyburn (Tim) of Jacksonville; father, Marion Hogue (Beth) of Oppelo; four grandchildren whom she adored and one unborn grandchild she was lovingly looking forward to; along with a niece and nephew, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that loved her and will miss her dearly.
Renae was of the Baptist faith and a Christian. One of her favorite quotes was from a Christian song, "Love never fails." Renae believed that and always closed each conversation with family and friends with "I love you." She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 24 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Graveside services will be Friday, October 25 at 2:00 p.m. at Mulberry Cemetery in England. In lieu of flowers, donations towards Renae's funeral expenses may be made to Little Rock Funeral Home.
Arrangements by Little Rock Funeral Home, (501)224-2200. Renae's online guestbook may be signed at www.littlerockfuneralhome.com.
