Shirley Rodney, age 70, loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2010. She was loved and admired by all of her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Charles Rodney, a daughter Kathy Rodney, and a son James Rodney, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her "big sis" Mary Robinson, a daughter Rebecca Porter and both of her parents.
Visitation will be Friday May 28, 2010 from 5-7p.m. and the funeral service will be Saturday, May 29, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Huson Funeral Home Chapel in Little Rock. She will be laid to rest at Pinecrest Memorial Park at 3:30. Pall Bearers are Brian Jones, Don Jones, Roger Hardesty, Kenneth Dunlap, Blaine Wilson and Austin Rodney.
