Shirley Kizziar
Shirley Ann Kizziar, 81, of Bismarck, went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 21, 2018. She was born December 28, 1936 in Bismarck, Arkansas to the late A.O. "Bruiser" and Hattie Garrett. She was a devoted Christian and loved her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marvin Eugene Kizziar; and siblings, Cecil Garrett and Mary Lou Manning.
She is survived by her son, Tim Kizziar and his wife, Michelle; grandchildren, Jodi Michelle Kizziar, Heather Nicole Kizziar and Chloe Amanda Kizziar; great-granddaughter, Taylor Michelle Norwood; sister, Alice Cleo Stanford (Charles) and numerous extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 26, 2018 at Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Bismarck Pentecostal Church, followed by burial in Oak Bower Cemetery. Online guestbook at www.ruggleswilcox.com .
