Sherry Frasier-Heimbach, a beloved member of her family and community, passed away on October 28, 2024 at the age of 79. Born on September 25, 1945, in Lufkin, Texas, Sherry's life was characterized by her outgoing personality and her deep love for all animals. She brought joy to everyone around her through her warmth kindness.
Sherry earned her Associates degree and was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority for many years. She then dedicated her professional life to education as an administrator for Humble High School for 20 years, then leading to her retirement in 2000.
An avid traveler, Sherry enjoyed exploring new places and expanding her horizons. Her sense of adventure and passion for discovering different cultures enriched her life and those of her loved ones. She passed the time by sewing, crocheting, cooking, doing puzzles and was a troop leader for both the boy and girl scouts.
Sherry is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Heimbach, Jr.; her son, Larry Frasier; her daughter, Brenda Engelke; and one brother Dean Capps. She joins her late husband Larry Raymond Frasier, her parents, Hayden Capps, Nelda Lowery-Capps, and one brother Gene Capps in eternal rest.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life during the visitation on November 5, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a memorial service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Piney Grove Church, located at 2963 Airport Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913.
Sherry Frasier-Heimbach will be remembered for her vivacious spirit, her dedication to her family, and her love for her community. She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
