Sherry Ann Duncan, 66, of Benton, Arkansas passed away Sunday, August 6, 2017, at UAMS after her courageous fight against an unidentified illness. She was born May 4, 1951 in Heber Springs to the late Frank Preston Burton and Lucille Burton Davis. Ann was retired from Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration. She was a member of Temple Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Preston Burton.
Ann is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Duncan; her son, Heath (Thea) Noggle; daughter, Rachel (Johnny) Vandegrift; stepsons, Steve Duncan, Jeff (Paula) Duncan; stepdaughter, Renea Duncan; her mother, Lucille Davis; brothers, Buzz Burton, Jim Burton; sisters, Sue Cooper, Ruth Byard; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends who love Sherry and will miss her always.
A memorial service will be Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Temple Missionary Baptist Church, 3215 Coats Road in Benton, Arkansas.
