Shelley Joyce Cranford

Shelley Joyce Cranford, age 52, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021.

Shelley was born on February 29, 1968, in Hot Springs, the daughter of Bill Baswell and Joyce Ivy Baswell. On November 23, 1995, she married Stacy Cranford. She is predeceased by her mother and step-father, Joyce Ivy Allen and James Allen; her paternal grandparents, Nathan and Virginia Baswell; her maternal grandparents, Clinton and Lee Edna Ivy; and a cousin, Kimberly Sanders.

She was a loving wife, mother, and nana who always thought of others above herself. She was loved by so many and was faithful to the Lord. She will be greatly missed. Her smile was ever present and beautiful.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Stacy Cranford of Bismarck; her son, Charles Kirk of Pensacola, Florida; three daughters, Josie Cranford and Tara Cranford of Bismarck and Shelby Kirk of Chicago, Illinois; three grandchildren, A’Mirah Haywood, Kingston Oliver and A’Myah Cranford; her sister, Alisa Baswell Blanchard of Jacksonville, Florida; several nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of wonderful friends.

Services will be 10:00 AM, Friday, January 8, 2021, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs with Bro. Don Key officiating.

Visitation will be 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday in the funeral home chapel.

Social distancing directives will be in place with 66% capacity in chapel and face covering must be worn.
