Shawn Wayne Tate, born July 27, 1959, passed away at age 54 on September 25, 2013 in North Little Rock. He is survived by his former wife, Carol Ann Fernandez; son, Timothy Wayne Tate; and daughters, Ashley Marie Tate and Sarah Victoria Tate. Shawn was a machinist by profession, a surfer heart, and father at his core. He will be missed, but we have assurance that we will see him again.
