Shaun Alan Sitton

Shaun Alan Sitton, 53, joined his parents in heaven on October 23, 2023.  Shaun was born May 30, 1970, in Little Rock, Arkansas.  He was the adopted son of Gary and Bonnie (Bobbie) Sitton.  They became a true family five days after his birth.  He was the answer to the many prayers for a child after the loss of their newborn.  He was the light of their lives and a delight to their families and friends.  As Christians themselves, Gary and Bobbie raised Shaun by regularly attending church services where he became a Christian at Nalls Memorial Baptist Church in West Little Rock.

Shaun had several hobbies but his favorite one was music.  He learned to play the guitar at a young age.  He became a very good guitarist and enjoyed playing with and for friends who admired and were delighted by his musical abilities.

Sadly, Shaun was involved in a tragic wreck on May 10, 1992, leaving him in a comatose state for the next 31 plus years.  He lived in the Benton Service Center in Haskell.  His last few months were lived in Baptist Hospice in Little Rock.

Shaun was preceded in death by his parents, Gary and Bonnie Sitton.

He is survived by his uncles, Chester (Edna) Sitton, Darrell (Gilda) Sitton, Johnny (Helen) Jones; aunt Laverne Coffman; a very special cousin, Rick (Denice) Coffman, and many more cousins, family members and friends.
