Shaun O'Neal

Shaun O’Neal, 37, of North Little Rock passed away February 6, 2022. He was born April 17, 1984, in North Little Rock to Gregory O’Neal and Carla Robertson. He graduated from Little Rock Catholic High School for Boys in 2002. Shaun went on to attend the University of Arkansas and was an avid Razorback fan. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Shaun was a dedicated father, wonderful loving husband, and loyal friend. He wasn’t perfect, but he was Shae’s kind of perfect! He cheered for everyone to win and loved helping people so much. Shaun never met a stranger and never forgot a name or face. He was a big ball of light and love. He made Shae feel so loved and his favorite title was DADDY!

He is survived by his wife of 9 years, Shae O’Neal; daughter, Evie O’Neal; mother, Carla Robertson (Ron); stepmother, Lisa O’Neal; brothers, Jordan Robertson (Corinna), Ryan Robertson, Nick McClane (Veronica); sisters, Shynia O’Neal (Chase), Katy Robertson (David), Ashley Chance (Zac); grandparents, Charles and Celena Schnebelen; uncle, Joe Schnebelen (Bill), Dennis Robertson (Sarajane); aunt, Ann Creel (Paul), Stephanie Webb (Kirby); and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Shaun is preceded in death by his father and stepmother, Greg O’Neal and Sandy O’Neal; brother, Christopher O’Neal; grandparents, Betty O’Neal, Chuck O’Neal, Norma and Mayo Robertson; and uncle, Ronald O’Neal.

Visitation will be held Friday, February 11, 2022, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Rosary will follow at 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 12, 2022, at 10:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
