Sharron Nivens Cook age 67 died Wednesday, December 14, 2016. She was born in Clark County July 23, 1949 the daughter of Luke and Leota Holland Nivens. She was a waitress at the Gurdon Grill and a former home health nurse. She was a member of the Caddo Valley Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Jeffrey Thomas Cook and a sister Patricia Curham.
Survivors include one brother Luke (Carolyn) Nivens of Bismarck, one sister Linda Sorenson of Caddo Valley, several nieces and nephews and her best friend Sherry Green of Gurdon.
Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday, December 17th in the Caddo Valley Baptist church with Rev. Phillip Runyan officiating. Burial will be in the Caddo Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 AM till service time at the Church.
The family would like to offer a heart felt thanks to the Baptist Medical System, Courtyard Gardens, and Hospice of Central Arkansas for Sharron's excellent care.
