Sharon Dianne Lovett

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sharon Dianne Hartwick Lovett, aged 72, of Sherwood, Arkansas on April 24, 2025. She was born on November 24, 1952, to the late William Ocie and Mary Hartwick in North Little Rock, AR, where she was raised. She is known as Dianne to many but her biggest role and name in life was Mom to Heather, and Mimi to Ashlyn, Mckenzie, and Riley.

Dianne graduated from North Little Rock High School in 1971 where she was captain of the cheer team, member of student council, and homecoming queen. After high school, she worked at Teletype for quite a few years, now known as AT&T, and later became a cosmetologist/beautician. Dianne enjoyed gardening and having beautiful flowers year-round. She also loved gatherings with family and friends, and her beloved dogs, Levi, and the late Roxy and Lily.

Dianne is cherished by so many who enjoyed her sassy humor and charisma, selflessness, and endless love and devotion held to her family. She is an unforgettable woman and will remain a part of everyone’s heart forever.

Dianne is survived by her husband, Rick Lovett; her daughter, Heather (Jarrod) Russell, and stepson, Daniel (Cristina) Lovett; her sister, Charolett (Larry) Bailey; two nieces, Amy (Howie) Ross and Rachel Niece; one nephew, Justin Cranmer (Katy) Cranmer; grandchildren, Ashlyn (Brandon) Vice, McKenzie Felgate, Riley Russell, and Parker Lovett; and one great-grandchild, River. She is reunited in heaven with her parents and sister, Gail Moore.

Open visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025, followed by a funeral service at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 2, 2025, at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home (1921 Main Street).
