Shannon Buck

Shannon Felicia Buck from Bismarck, AR passed from this life on Dec. 28, 2010. Shannon was 44 years old. Shannon worked at Almatis as a Lab Analyst for the past six years. Shannon enjoyed floating rivers, camping in Texas, spending time with her family and her many, many friends. Shannon's wry sense of humor, quick wit and generous heart will forever inspire anyone who was blessed to be touched by her life.

Survivors include her father C. B. (Bruce) Buck and stepmother Marilyn Buck; sister Melinda Smith; two stepbrothers - Vincent Robbecke and Jesse George; niece - Angelica Smith - all of Bismarck; three nephews Derek Smith of Little Rock, Matthew Burton of Nashville, TN and Eli Burton of Hot Springs; as well as her lifelong best friend - Tina Ferguson of Bismarck. Her mother - Maxine Luker-Sutton, preceded Shannon in death.

The family and friends would like to express a special thank you to Dr. Stephen Divers and the wonderful staff of the Genesis Cancer Center in Hot Springs, AR.

Friends are invited to celebrate Shannon's life with the family at a memorial service to be held at 2:00 P.M. on January 8, 2011 in the Chapel of Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia, AR.
