Seraphine Pruss

Seraphine M. Pruss (Sally), 95, of North Little Rock passed away peacefully, Thursday, February 25, 2016. She was affectionately known as "Busia" by most who knew her. She was born February 20, 1921 in Marche, Arkansas, to John and Anna Chudy and is preceded in death by her husband, August C. Pruss, her son, John Pruss and daughter-in-law, Peggy Pruss. Survivors include three sons, Floyd Pruss of Little Rock, Tony Pruss (Irene) and Mike Pruss (Theresa) both of North Little Rock; two daughters, Marilyn Pruss of North Little Rock and Kathy Piechocki of Marysville, Washington; daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Pruss and her sister Carolyn Dayer, both of North Little Rock; ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and countless friends and extended family.
She was a longtime member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Rosary Sodality.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 28, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home, followed by Rosary service at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be Monday, February 29, 2016 at 2:00 p.m., at St. Patrick Catholic Church in North Little Rock with burial at Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery in Marche, Arkansas.
